ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation and development trend of Xuebijing injection research based on relevant literature of clinical research on Xuebijing injection, and to provide a reference for subsequent studies. METHODS The literature related to the clinical study of Xuebijing injection was searched from CNKI, Wanfang V2.0, VIP Chinese Journal Service platform, and SinoMed (China Biomedical Literature Service System) for the period from the establishment of the database to March 2022. CiteSpace 5.8.R3 was used to analyze the research hotspots, perform cluster analysis, build knowledge graphs, organize the statistical and visual analysis of the diseases, syndrome types, and drug combinations involved in the literature, and explore the cross-sectional association among the studies by using bibliometric methods. RESULTS The final included literature was 2253 articles. In recent years, the amount of literature published in this field tends to be stable, and a relatively stable core team has been formed, but there is less cooperation among research teams, sepsis and pneumonia are the current research hotspots. The main clinical diseases treated by Xuebijing injection involve 19 categories, with a wide therapeutic scope, and the main syndrome type of treatment syndrome is blood stasis syndrome, which is mostly combined with related drugs and therapies in disease treatment. The efficacy is significantly improved after intervention for severe COVID-19, but the quality of relevant literature is generally low. CONCLUSION Xuebijing injection has high research interest, diversified and detailed research direction, and has extensive clinical application. It has an outstanding therapeutic effect in the treatment of critical illness type of disease, and the combination with related drugs and therapies is universal in the treatment of the disease. It has a significant curative effect in the treatment of severe COVID-19, and has a promising clinical application. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The retail industry is a large service platform where national and international manufacturers bring their products to consumers. Today, the retail sector, both bricks-and-mortar and online, is developing and adapting to the changing needs of the customers. Depending on the changing demand patterns of the customers, one can notice that key success criteria of the sector transform as well. Rapid adaptation to changing requirements of the retail sector is necessary in order to survive in the increased competition and to increase the market share among the other companies. In order to analyze the sector in Turkey, retail brands that are selected from the largest 500 companies of Turkey (Capital 500 list) were examined using the relevant success criteria. Key success factors have been chosen from the existing literature about the retail sector. Firstly, retailing was examined in a theoretical framework to better undersand the elements that define the sector alongside technological capabilities of the sector. Additionally the effects of Covid-19 on e-retailing were also evaluated with the purpose of determining the changes forced upon the sector by the pandemic. In the light of the findings, the emerging companies, observed changes and directional shifts, and the size of the competition in Turkish retailing sector are discussed. Success criteria were chosen from the existing literature, and were weighted in accordance with importance ranks obtained through content analysis. Considering success criteria, DEA analysis has been carried out and the efficiency level of the companies has been evaluated. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

ABSTRACT

The ravages of the COVID-19 and the continuous mutation of the COVID-19 make this war without gunpowder smoke unstoppable. With the continuous epidemic prevention and control, the resident closure and isolation by community is an effective way to block the large-scale development of the COVID-19. However, the shortage of daily necessities for residents during the lockdown period requires timely arrangements and deployment by local departments to ensure the basic living of the residents under lockdown. A necessary distribution and circulation system in the epidemic prevention and control community was designed and developed in this paper. The proposed necessity distribution and circulation system is mainly to help the government distribute supplies to residents and the circulation of necessities between residents more efficiently. The design process of the system includes the software development process of demand analysis, overall design, detailed design and programming;it was adopted CS three-tier architecture software development mode and the software development technology of .Net + SQLSERVER. The main business modules of the system are including necessity circulation between residents, government supply management, and volunteer necessity delivery business. The system can also be applied to the necessity circulation subsystem of the community healthy life service platform for the daily life of residents. © 2022 ACM.

ABSTRACT

With the development of the food delivery industry and the impact of the global Covid-19 pandemic in recent years, the demand for errand service platform has been progressively growing. However, due to crowd control policies during epidemics in China, off-campus personnel are unable to enter the campus, resulting in the current public errand service application invalid in campus. In this circumstance, students who need the errand service can only post the errand requests in chatting groups or use the mini-programs embedded in WeChat. Both approaches, however, have significant flaws. Therefore, a specific errand service application for campus is desired. In this paper, an errand services application named AoAoRun is developed for university students and faculties on campus using a dual-user identity model, making it possible for both students and faculties to become the service provider and the service recipients. It integrates and organizes the needs of errand services, providing a safe and user-friendly platform. In addition, unlike current errand service platforms, this application uses blockchain technology for data backup and credit scores system. This credit system gives higher priority to orders posted by users with higher credit scores. Finally, 53 volunteers participate in the user testing of the application. The test results show that AoAoRun greatly improves the utilization of resources and increases the efficiency of students' study and life. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic has made sociability even more dependent on digital technologies. In this context, this paper explores evidence of this trend towards accelerating digitization in the public sector and what are the differences in terms of response and capabilities across the levels of Brazilian public administration. This inquiry is based on the literature on innovation in the public sector and digital innovation/digital platforms. It uses a multiple-case approach, based on document analysis and interviews to investigate three Public Services Platforms (PSP): 'gov.br' at the federal government (Digital Government Secretariat);'EPI-Match' from autonomous social services (Brazilian Industrial Development Agency - ABDI) and 'FiquenoLar' at the local government (project by the Jaguaribe City Hall and the Federal Institute of Ceara). It finds evidence that public service providers have turned to PSP as one of the solutions to respond to a growing demand for digitization.

ABSTRACT

In the fight against the novel coronavirus, this paper designs a smart infrared temperature measurement system based on the Elastic Compute Service platform. In the perceptual layer part of the Internet of Things(IoT), the system uses infrared temperature sensors to quickly collect the temperature of the forehead or arm of the human body and Uses the MCU to automatically transmits the measured data to the Elastic Compute Service through the WiFi module. In the network layer part of the Internet of Things,the data written into the database of the Elastic Compute Service through the program deployed on the Elastic Compute Service. In the application layer of the Internet of Things, the remote management terminal monitors the collected body temperature data in real-time and provides quick warnings. Finally, the User can log in to the applet on his mobile phone to quickly and easily obtain personal information. © 2021 IEEE
